Smoking is permitted during other shows, but Morty's utilizes an advanced smoke filtration system to make the bar and showroom as comfortable as possible for guests.
- Q: Are the shows vulgar or dirty?
A: Morty's is especially selective in booking its performers to ensure a standard of professionalism that exceeds industry standards. However, many of the comedians who perform at Morty's include some degree of adult material in their acts. Morty's recognizes that this material does not appeal to everyone, and thus employs a rating system to alert guests to the expected content of each comedian's material, as follows:
- PG Act contains very little offensive material. As we like to say, you can bring your grandma
- PG-18 Act contains some adult material and includes some foul language
- R Acts contains explicit material and may be offensive to the faint-of-heart
The rating is contained in the biographies of each comedian appearing at Morty's. See our Calendar for comedian biographies.
- Q: Do you permit heckling?
A: Each comedian invites a different degree of audience participation, and Morty's generally encourages exchanges with performers in such circumstances. However, uninvited "heckling" or any other effort to interfere with a performance which may be disruptive to other guests is not permitted.
- Q: Is parking available?
A: Ample free parking is available at Morty's.
